Visiting Steve in Arizona
(click on any of the pictures to enlarge them)

I had actually been visiting Steve to get some implant work done, but scheduling and driving exhaustion just didn't allow it. I think that this was still the high-point of my trip though -- I don't think I've shot a gun for almost twenty years, and I can't even begin to describe how freeing it was. Like everything in his life, Steve has an eye for quality and I got to use some very fine weaponry. Honestly, it was the first time in as long as I can remember that I can genuinely say that I was having 100% fun and not at least a little thinking about work.

Steve is the only person I know with a suspension rig in his back yard.

Steve also has a nice big truck with a V10... And this is the SMALLER of his two trucks.

So much fun!

Seen Jurassic Park?

There really is something incredibly freeing when firing incendiary rounds into the desert mountains.

I had no idea what to expect from this 50 cal -- It was the scariest to shoot, but also the most fun. As it turned out, it wasn't really any worse than the shotgun.
