It's sort of embarassing, since it was only a few days ago, but so much of America looks the same, that I don't even remember where I took most of these pictures!

I took so many of these pictures, just snapshots out of the car window, just illustrating the landscapes we drove through.

I liked these hills a lot -- soft rock with more solid rock on top that collapsed as everything eroded...

I think this was just as we were entering Colorado...?

Should I be ashamed for taking a photo of a car accident? It was the only one we saw on the entire trip if it makes you feel better.

I have no idea where I took this photo...

Colorado

I'm fairly certain this was also Colorado.

OK, I know this is not exciting to people that live there, but it was the first time that I'd ever seen fields of cacti!

The photo didn't capture it very well, but this was an absolutely bizarre skyscene... I think it was a storm framed by an impending sunset.

This was Nevada... I'm actually in the photo as well, but you have to click it to be able to tell.

I'm fairly certain this was driving through Northern Arizona.

(Boring photo) -- Entering Phoenix to visit Steve.

I think this was a dried out river in Arizona.

"The World's Largest McDonalds" -- A real let-down... It's just a normal sized McDonalds in a big building. But at least they have Chicken McGrills, which don't exist here in Canada.

Sometimes the left size of the road took a very different path than the right... I like this photo because you can even see in my rear-view.

This was the longest mountain tunnel we passed through.

No big deal if you lived there, but I thought this tree was really neat. I loved Northern Arizona, and seriously might move there.

I assume those are bands of iron in the mountains.

Iowa was VERY foggy... It was way worse than this at times.

Another mountain tunnel (shorter, but round!)

Not quite sure where I took this photo...

This was the first wild cactus that I'd ever seen in my life!

More of Northern Arizona. This, and the mountainy parts of Colorado were my favorite places.

The End... The bridge back to Canada.
