over the last few years, i have collected a few piercings, some of which have been stretched. i first got my ears pierced at the ripe young age of 12 or 13 (i can't remember for sure). i was the first guy in my class to get them done, and i even beat some of my female friends to it. since i didn't know any better, i got them pierced with a piercing gun at a mall shop. i now know that such methods should never be used, and i get all of my pierces done the right way, by a professional piercer. i have been pierced at four shops: perforations (which is now closed) and industrial body piercing in DC, modern american bodyarts in new york, and infinite in philly, by several different piercers (tashi, spike, luis, keith, fish, chef, jon, kristin, drew). it will change soon i'm sure, but my piercing list now stands at:
ears:
*lower lobes-originally re-pierced at 8ga, now stretched to about 2 1/2"
*upper lobes-re-pierced at 8ga
*14ga helix/helix industrial in left ear
*14ga snug/industrial thingy in my right ear
*left conch-4ga, done with a 2ga dermal punch (although technically this pierce was performed at perforations, it was done by jon cobb on a special visit to the shop)
*14ga rook/helix industrial in my right ear
other:
*septum-originally pierced at 14ga, now stretched to about 7/16".
*bridge-two 14ga piercings
*eyebrows-two 14ga piercings
*nipples-pierced horizontally at 12ga
*navel-pierced at 10ga
*scrotum-two centrally aligned pierces originally pierced at 12ga, now stretched to 8ga, plus 3 more pierced at 10ga
*PA-pierced at 10ga, now stretched to 4ga
*reverse PA-pierced at 10ga, now stretched to 6ga
when i get bored, i often insert various objects into my piercings to amuse myself. this list is by no means complete, just what's been caught on film. (btw, thanks to heidi, anne, bert, and whoever else took these pics) some of the things that I have shoved through one orifice or another are:
