Here are some photos from my other passions - 4 wheel driving.

Australia is a paradise for 4 wheel drivers. The Australian Outback has thousands of miles of dirt roads, with very few people. Most of us live along the coastal fringes of a country the size of continental USA. And there are less than 20 million of us!

Drive in the Outback - just pull up and camp under the stars.

The photographs below are of places that can only be reached by means a 4 wheel drive vehicle (or by air of course).

1. A nice sunset at a bush campsite on the Mitchell river, Cape York peninsula, Queensland.

2. A great view of the Painted Desert, South Australia.

3. The magnificent Bungle Bungle, Western Australia, one of the Wonders of the World.
