Right now, I have a total of seven:

• left ear: 8g lobe (SSS plug), 12g cart (1/2" CBR)
• right ear: 8g lobe (SSS plug)
• 12g septum (1/2" CBR)
• 16g scrumper (tiny CBR, don't know the width)
• 14g labret (7/16" flat-back stud)
• 12g frenum (5/8" barbell)

However, I used to have more:

• left ear: tragus and helix
• right ear: daith

I took them out because although they healed, they would periodically get infected and annoy me. I really mourn my daith. That was my favorite ear piercing, and by far the *most* painful one I have had done. I also had it pierced at Gauntlet NYC, so, you know, it was special in some sort of stupid way.
