Primal Mark Industries is located in Boone, NC, at 128 Appalachian St. Primal Mark began as two seperate businesses; Mark of Cain Tattoo Art and Primalisms Body Piercing. The two businesses shared a building, and were virtually the same business, so the owners decided to make it official and incorporate as one business. Primal Mark is the result of that incorporation, and owns both Mark of Cain and Primalisms. 

Once Primal Mark had come into existance, the owners began looking to expand their business ventures. Currently, they are working on opening a T-Shirt company to produce custom T-Shirts for tattoo and piercing shops, as well as offer a full line of shirts carrying the origonal artwork of Charles Cain.
