Sarah's Modifications

At long last, we have pictures of Sarah's tattoos!  Sarah was one of the first contributers to the Modified Librarian project when it first started in September of 1998, however she was able to supply a superb rant only.  Now we have the pictures to back it up.  Read Sarah's Rant to find out the details!

Here's what Sarah had to say:

"Hi Gail,

Now that I work at the Glasgow School of Art, I have access to some pretty cool equipment. I've got some photos taken on our whiz-bang digital camera which I'm sending to you for the website. Hope you enjoy them! I wanted to send photos from when I first got them done 15 years ago, but Excess International Baggage lost the carton with 4 of my 5 photo albums in it between Auckland and Scotland! My record of New Zealand punk rock days, gone! (Except for one album).

Anyway, keep up the good work.

By the way, in my position as Resource Officer for ADAM (http://adam.ac.uk/) I took responsibility for cataloguing lots of body modification web resources, including BME. I'm still looking for high quality sites. Perhaps you could give ADAM a plug in your website, because it's a case of professional librarians supporting and including body mod as an art form! E-mail me back if you wanna talk about it more. I'd quite like it if librarians with body mods sent me their favorite websites so I can evaluate them for inclusion in ADAM.

Cheers!
Bye just now!
Sarah :-) "
