If you would like to contribute to the Flesh & Spirit website, submissions are always welcome. Submissions can include, written experiences, pictures, and videos of suspension or other ritualistic events and performances. Please e-mail the submissions and attachments with a description of the submission type, some information about you, if the submission is a picture or video, please include some background on the event, as well as your contact information to flesh@bmeworld.com with "submission" as part of the subject line. With your help, this site can continue to grow and provide a valuable resource for other like minded people interested in the art of body suspensions and other ritualistic acts.
