Q I want to do some infusions, but have been holding off because of not knowing what the after effects would be.
A You must be aware that it takes 2 or 3 days before the saline has disappeared. During that time you do have a big scrotum so you must consider if you can wear your trousers or wear special sports trousers. Sometimes your scrotum can turn locally to blue if the needle has touched a very little vain (inside your scrotum) but this will be gone in 2 weeks. During the infusion, you can feel some stinging when the speed of the ingoing saline is too high. This will disappear within a few minutes after you have slowed down the speed. So far the side effects. Be sure you will like it during and after the infusion. You will be very horny because of the big scrotum you will have. I would suggest that you also read the page with techniques to know exact what and how to do the infusion.

Q You wrote you felt a little bit pain during the infusions. What is about the time after regeneration?
A The little bit of pain during the infusion is caused by the speed in which you sac is filled. If you reduce the speed, there will be no pain or hardly noticeable. But because I like to fill my sac as fast as possible, I accept the (little) pain, also because I like the pain. It makes you aware on what you are doing.

Q Do you feel pain in your dick after the session?
A No, even during filling your scrotum, your dick does not hurt at all.

Q Can you make sex with those big balls?
A Oh yes, it is even better. Your partner will feel you, as well inside him/her as outside him/her very well because of the weight of your sac which is battering at his/her body.

Q So how is you body coping with the infusions? Are there any problem side effects?
A There are no negative side effects until now. The skin of my scrotum has become a little thicker because of the weight of the saline. The only thing is that after a saline infusion you have to pee more than normal (understandable) and your heart has to work more during those 2 or 3 days (until the saline is removed from your body). However, I do not feel it.

Q Does saline infusion give me permanent enlargement?
A Saline injection/infusion does not give permanent enlargement. Specially with male breast injection/infusion, the result is normally visible for 36 hours. The only thing is that by doing it at a regular base there will be just a little growth of tissue. With my scrotum, you could see it after 20 infusions. With my breasts, I cannot tell you because I have had just three breast infusions. It is thrilling, yes, but the pressure during the infusion/injections is also higher because the tissue isn't so flexible like your scrotum.

Q Can I use distilled water instead of saline?
A When I started scrotal infusion I used distilled water. It did not give any problems but that could be because the amounts I infused in the beginning were not more than 500cc. But I only can and strongly must advise you to use saline, which has proven to be safe. Especially when you work on breast infusion, you are using it in the area of your heart!. So just use saline for all the infusions and use the needles also just once.

Q How and where can I achieve saline?
A I buy it at my local drugstore. When I go to the drugstore, I tell them I need saline to rinse the wounds of a friend of mine (who lies in bed for a longtime). But then I ask for the saline in 1000cc bags instead of the normally used bottles. Then they tell me that I have to buy a whole box (=12 bags) because they do not have it in stock. That's no problem for me because the whole box cost (about) 32 Euro/Dollar. Also the normal needles I buy at the drugstore. The only thing I buy at BME (where you can buy everything you need) are the tubes. So if you can buy the saline and the needles at your pharmacy/drugstore, you can order the tubes at BME or at Chase Union.

Q What technique do you use for breast infusion?
A The by me used technique for breast infusion is the next one for placement of the needle in your breast:
- Pull your nipple up (straight away from your body) and, depending on the thickness of your body tissue, place the point of the needle horizontal between 1/2 or 1 inch from the center of your nipple. This way you can horizontal push the needle inside your breast.
- Push the needle to at the point that is 3/8 inch under the center of your nipple. (be aware not to come near your ribs with the point of the needle. This is why you have to pull up your nipple)
- Now you can start emptying the syringe. Do it slowly because this tissue is much compact than the tissue of your scrotum and you have to force the tissue to absorb the saline.
- I use a big syringe because you can give more pressure and you do not have to change the syringe so often, leaving the needle in your breast until you are finished.

Q As a beginner, how much damage can scrotal saline infusion cause the testicles, and sex drive?
A If you place the needle the way I explained at my techniques page, there is no damage. The needle will be just in the tissue, which hold your testicles together. This way it's only the tissue of your scrotum that will be filled with saline. I have done it almost sixty times and the only result of it is that the tissue at the bottom of my scrotum has become thicker and stronger. The testicles will just be surrounded by the saline and stay where they are (close to the body as normal). My sex drive has changed for the better. The most important thing is to start slowly with the infusion and the ammount of saline. This way you can get used to it mentally because that is the most important thing. Overcome your fear and stay in control even when you are horny.

A The right spot is about 1/2 inch under your penis, just left or right from the groove (the thicker line of tissue, which goes from the bottom of your penis, over your scrotum to your anus)

Q How much should a person inject the very first time?
A Just start with 1/2 bag and when you feel well, you can go on. It depends more on your mental feeling than the physical possibilities of your scrotum. You can read at my website that I infused a guy (who pumped a lot) for the first time and could fill his scrotum with 2 liter of saline !! As long as you are confident and feeling in control, you can continue filling your scrotum.

Q After having a look at your DUTCHMAN site l am interested to know whether is in operation a technique using silicone or similar products for a more durable effect. If positive, are the experiences recommendable for a self-injection?
A Yes, for durable effect, you can let your scrotum or dick being inject with silicone. I would never do that because it has proven to be a very high risk at getting cancer or other lethal diseases. In Europe it is not done this way just because of those risks.
The best thing you can do is pumping, combined with scrotal infusion. Maybe you could also add stretching to these activities. The basic idea is that by these actions you will stimulate your body to produce more flesh. The tissue of my scrotum and the bottom in particular have gained more flesh and in addition, the skin has become stronger and thicker than before. However, it will take a lot of time to reach considerable results.
The bottom line is that only scrotal infusion, pumping and stretching are recommendable to do. The rest has to be done by physicians. I hope I have answered your questions as good as possible but nevertheless, what you will do: think twice before you let do something, which is irreversible!!

Q I am curious if all of the infusions have had any serious negative problems for you?
A No, I have not had any negative problem with all the infusions. I have had in the past years. At the moment I have had almost 60 scrotal infusions and the only results have been a thicker and stronger skin of my scrotum and a lot of fun, satisfaction and horny feelings. So, overall, I have a good feeling about my scrotal infusions.

Q Sometimes one side of my scrotum (the one where the needle is inserted) grows faster in size, during infusion, than the other half. Can that be dangerous?
A No, that is not dangerous. I have it also many times. It's just that that half of your scrotum is the place where the saline comes in and where the most absorption will take place. After, and sometimes already, during the infusion the balance of saline will be restored and be equally spread over your scrotum half's.

Q How long does the fluid stay in my scrotum?
A Normally, it takes 48-72 hours to be gone completely. But if you are physically very active during the day, the saline will be removed some faster. It is normal that, during the night, your body is very active in balancing the physics. One of those things is also the amount of fluid in your body. That's why I prefer to have a scrotal infusion in the morning. After the first night the amount of injected fluid will be reduced to 50%. After the next night, it will be reduced to 50% of what has been left after the first night. Of course, during the day, the fluid will reduce also, but slower. My own experiences are that if I have an infusion of 1000cc, it will be gone after 48 hours. If I take more (2000cc - 3000cc) it takes up to 72 hours.

Q Can I limitless increase the amount of saline?
A One thing you must be aware. The heavier your scrotum becomes, the more support you must give your scrotum afterward. The muscles and tissue of your scrotum and abdomen are not accustomed to such a heavy weight and can start aching. Also the heavier your scrotum, the tenser the skin of your sack will become. This can go very far. You can reach the moment that it becomes painful to touch your scrotum. If that happens, you have gone too far because, at that moment, you will not be able to wear a jockstrap anymore to support your scrotum. So then you will have a painful scrotal skin and also will get a painful abdomen and sack. That's why you must build up slowly the amount of saline, in case you want to reach the big amounts. Pumping your scrotum and dick can help very good in this matter.
