Facial area "*labret, septum, nostril, bridge, lobes, helix, tragus, conch, daith, rook, eyebrow, *tongue"   * - areas that interact with your mouth

- For all Piercings non mouth related -

First things first Wash your hands! and then remove any dried matter from jewelry and around your piercing with one of my suggested
cleansers. Next rotate jewlery a few times then rince well with warm water making sure no residue remains.
- for ears and stuff avoid using hairsprays, mousses, gels, and make-up around your piercings it will aggrivate and possibly infect it.

- For Piercings mouth related -

Use a mild mouthwash, dilute if too strong. for labrets/lip clean the outside with a suggested cleanser. remembering ALWAYS to wash your hands.
- no kissing or oral sex for 6 weeks. I suggest you avoid spicy foods, sugar, alcohol, nicotine and caffeine and hard drugs. Do not play with you piercing even though you wan't to.

Torso area - "Nipples, Naval"
- Torso area -

As usual wash your hands. Then begin by removing any dried matter in and around the piercing with a suggested cleanser and rince well.
- Avoid tight clothing like a bra or tight pants. If you must wear a bra which most do try a nursing bra with the nipple area cut out.

- Suggested cleansers and their use -

For tongue's and labret use peroxyl but use no more than every 12 hours as it can cause a tongue ulcer. Or Sea Salt or table salt (1 teaspoon of salt to 200ml water). Listerine is bad as it can cause swelling in the pierced area and it also kills newly formed tissue.

For everywhere else use a mild antibacterial soap something herbal and pH balanced. You may also use bactine but be aware that it stains gold jewlery. And Sea Salt or table salt (1 teaspoon of salt to 200ml water). Be VERY aware that rubbing alchohol and hydrogen peroxide cannot be used they are way too strong and all they do is kill the newly formed tissue so please stay away from it. the following is a list of other cleaners although I DO NOT recomend them for your piercing sometimes your stuck overnight or short on cash "Dial soap, Lever 2000 soap, pure glycerin soap, Ivory soap, Neutragena soap, Pears soap, Dove soap, VERY diluted (6/1) 100% tea tree oil, Lavender oil, diluted savlon, Beatadine".

- INFECTION -

So you got an infection not fun :( First go see a doctor but in the mean time you want to use a harsher cleanser like hydrogen peroxide or full strengh tea tree oil. A doctor will prescribe some sort of oral antibiotic but insist that they prescribe you a 60 GM hydra-cortisone with 0.5% Chlorimycin ointment it will work very well to knock out that infection. If by chance you dont know what the signs are just look for discolored pus usually yellow not to be misinterpreted as discharge. If by chance you see green pus go to the emergency room or see your doctor immidiatly as it is most likely staph or worse.

- Keliods -

Keloids they aren't fun either to remedy them use 60 GM hydra-cortisone with 0.5% Chlorimycin, Sea Salt (1 teaspoon of salt to 200ml water), 100% pure Tea Tree Oil leave on for 10 mins then dilute with a drop of water Warning do not get into piercing just on outside, Lavender Oil. I personally had a keloid and i tried everything to get rid of it but Tea Tree Oil was the only thing to work for me :) so try it first.
