CALL FOR INFO HELP

Dark eyes, epicanthic folds obviously the result of surgery.. William Gibson, Neuromancer p.58




I am looking for something that could give me those folds, as see here Surgery seems to be dangerous, it could obstruct the tear ducts, I would still try. Or some fillers, implants? A combination of techniques? ANY IDEAS? Has anybody ever pierced this area? If yes, what happened?
