BME/World

One of the best things about BME, and about the Net in general is its sense of community -- Even more so than its ability to provide information. BME/World is an attempt to take this one step farther. There are other "free homepage" servers, such as Angelfire, Geocities, and Tripod, but all of them discriminate to some extent against explicit body modification (for example, adult portrayals). BME/World does not.

Also, BME/World provides free pseudo-anonymous email accounts (BME knows who you are, but the person you're talking to does not). Since they are true POP accounts rather than forwarders, the IP trail stops here, and you can talk about your interests without worry of the wrong people "outing" you.

Finally, BME/World does not require those annoying advertising banners, and is on a FAST server.
